The theme will be Many Hats, One Goal: Roles in Software Development.
In this interactive workshop, you’ll experience the real dynamics of software development teams. We’ll start by exploring some key roles — Product and Business Owners, Developers, Testers, and others — and how they work together in Agile environments. Then, you’ll experience it yourself: join a team, build a product under pressure, and discover firsthand why each role matters. You’ll understand:
- What each role actually does (and its challenges)
- How teams make decisions under pressure
- Why communication between roles is everything
