This event will be held in English, and we are pleased to invite you to participate in a workshop about Project Management presented by Sónia Pinto and Vanessa Gomes.
In this interactive workshop, they will explore the fundamentals of Project Management applied to the tech context, with a focus on practical tools and project simulation.
Participants will work in groups to create and adapt a mini project while developing skills such as planning, task organisation, and managing unexpected challenges. Ideal for those who want to take their first steps as a Project Manager or strengthen their leadership mindset.
